Option 1- Inntown becomes your tenant

Our company becomes your tenant under a company lease agreement and we provide the following benefits:

  1. Your property is kept in hotel standard condition in comparison to private rentals. Our housekeeping team are maintaining the property every few days giving it the best chance of being kept at a high standard as we have a vested interest in ensuring the quality. 
  2. No void periods. Your rent is guaranteed for the duration of our agreement.
  3. We take care of any maintenance up to £50 +VAT.
  4. The property is inspected by our cleaning team weekly as a minimum.
  5. You can inspect the property as regularly as you wish (24 hours’ notice).

Option 2- We manage your property for you

There is no required long-term contract and you can even choose to use our management services on a month-to-month basis. Typically investors/ landlords choose to use our services for a minimum 12-24 months but it’s fully flexible to your needs.
